Pets are not allowed at the Inn.
There is a two night minimum stay on the weekends.
There is a three night minimum stay during holiday periods.
At departure a 6% Connecticut State sales tax and a 6% Connecticut State Occupancy Tax will be added to your bill.
Check -in time 3:00pm and check-out is 12 noon
All guest rooms and dining rooms are non –smoking.

Children
A gentle reminder, the Boulders Inn is an adult property and children above the age of 12 are welcome.
Deposits
To confirm a reservation of one night, 100% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking. To confirm a reservation of two or more nights a 50% deposit (including taxes) is required at the time of booking with the remaining due at time of arrival.
Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our unique location. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to your arrival date you may elect to receive a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit toward a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 21 days prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your initial stay.
