Gym & Spa

On the lower level of the Main Lodge, the state-of-the-art fitness room is open from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. A private facility which guests may utilize during their stay, it features the latest aerobic and weight training equipment.

The Boulders Inn offers a program of massage therapy and facials that can be enjoyed at our  “Spa Suite”. It is advisable to schedule an appointment 1 week prior to your arrival. We will do our best to accomodate last minute requests.

Rejuvenation is not just a simple diversion; it is the experience of your stay with us.

Other Activities – No Charge

Biking around Lake Waramaug. It is 7.7 miles around and at an easy pace takes about 45 minutes. It is a very easy flat ride and very relaxing! We offer 8 bikes of various sizes to accommodate all heights and experience level. Helmets also provided.

Hiking the Pinnacle Trail, this will take roughly 1 hour and 20 minutes round trip and provides spectacular view of Lake Waramaug and the Litchfield Hills. A guided trip can be arranged.

We also have Kayaks, Canoes and Paddle Boats at our Beach Front.

We can Set-up Croquet and Badmiton on the big lawn if you wish.

The Catamount Adventure Park
Lee, Massachusetts

This aerial forest adventure is fun, exciting and safe for all participants. Everyone is equipped with a harness and shown a safety demonstration prior to their session. The Park has 8 separate courses for all abilities. Each course has zip lines but primarily there are “bridges” between tree platforms constructed with a variety of rope, cable and wood configurations creating unique challenges. You will develop skills, endurance and confidence during your time in the Park. The Adventure Park Staff has been thoroughly trained to assist everyone using the Park and is there to help.

Extreme Paintball
Waterbury, CT

Paintball is an exciting game of Tag and Hide and Seek all rolled into one. There are many variations of the game, where two teams attempt to cross terrain, capture their opponents flag, and return it to the flag station without being marked by a paint pellet. Each player is armed with a C02 marker that shoots soft gelatin balls the size of a bath bead. These are filled with a washable paint that splatters upon impact. Games vary in time, but most players will get in several games in a session.
