Saturday late morning yoga class is a relaxing meditative mind- body reconnection, with a massage following class to bring full circle the holistic benefits of a day well spent . Your sessions will be customized to your specific physical and spiritual needs. Wind down the day with a relaxing lakeside stroll. Find room for the four course dinner of healthy selections prepared from the freshest locally available ingredients. Be sure to stop by the living room after dinner, where the setting sun over the lake will create a stunning backdrop for the live cool sounds of local jazz musicians whose music will make your spirit sing. Wellness Weekend includes a two night weekend stay in one of our luxurious Carriage House rooms, a four course dinner, Saturday morning Yoga class & Sunday morning Pilates class, 2 hour long massages.
